Soon after you configured your SBCGlobal email account in a unified email program called ‘MS Outlook,’ if you find yourself unable to exchange SBCGlobal emails then, it might be because of either your SBCGlobal email server is down or you’ve configured your SBCGlobal email account in MS Outlook with wrong or improper settings.

  • Step 1: Visit the website ‘Downdetector.in’ to simply know the status of your SBCGlobal email server. If it is down for everybody then wait until the website itself resolved it. And, if the case is opposite then, move on to the next step.
  • Step 2: Remove your SBCGlobal email account from MS Outlook program and then again re-configure the same with SBCGlobal Outlook Settings for IMAP instead of POP:
        • Incoming Email Server: imap.mail.att.net; Incoming Port: 993
        • Outgoing Email Server: smtp.mail.att.net; Outgoing Port: 465
