The best possible solution to solve AT&T not working with the Outlook issue is to remove your ATT account from Outlook and then re-configure the same properly with correct email server settings. However, if you’ve no idea how to do it then, have a look at the below-mentioned steps:

  • Firstly, open your MS Outlook program.
  • Go to its ‘File tab’ and click on ‘Manage Profiles’ option to open the same.
  • Under it, click on the ‘Show Profile’ option and then, from the list of profiles click right on your AT&T email account profile.
  • After that, select the option of ‘Remove’ from the contextual menu to remove your AT&T account from MS Outlook.

Now, re-configure your AT&T email account in MS Outlook similar to the way you did earlier but make sure to use the following correct AT&T email server settings for MS Outlook:

  • For IMAP—

        • Incoming E-mail Server: imap.mail.att.net; Port: 993
        • Outgoing Email Server: smtp.mail.att.net; Port: 465

  • For POP—

      • Incoming E-mail Server: inbound.att.net; Port: 995
      • Outgoing Email Server: outbound.att.net; Port: 465

However, if you still won’t be able to send AT&T emails then, it may be because your AT&T Mail is down and to check the same, visit the website like ‘ISITDOWNFORME.com.’
